Haha det er sikkert dig der har været butikchef i helsingør. Man ligger sig ikke syg i en uge eller 14 dage fordi man har fået lavet et lille papercut som er blevet syet med et sting. Og ligger sig syg bagefter pga stress..

Nej var ikke ansat i Helsingør. Nu ved jeg tilfældigvis som tidligere BC at man fra thansens side af forlanger lægeerklæring efter 3 dages sygdom så har han lagt syg i 14 dage har han jo haft en lægeerklæring
Men du kan jo skrive her på siden den dag thansen boller dig i røven for den dag kommer!
Jeg kan bla. nævne at jeg har beviser på dokumentfalsk som ledelsen selv har lavet!

Jeg er BC i Thansen og det er uden tvivl den bedste arbejdsplads jeg nogensinde har haft. Synes nu også tit at de folk som vælger at forlade T. Hansen fra en lederstilling, tit kommer tilbage…

Thansen største problem (mit synspunkt) er at lønnen er for lav. De har ingen HR afdeling, de har ingen overenskomst, De har ingen dialoger med fagforeningerne.
Hele deres Time/løn system er opbygget så den ansatte ikke har mulighed for at følge med og kontrolere om timerne nu også passer.
Der har/havde intet sikkerhed været. FØR arbejdstilsynet kom og bankede på deres dør velvidende om at sikkerheden ikke var i orden.
Når man har disse kriterier at ansette folk på, hvor loyale ivrige monstro folk vil være både over for Firmaet og kunderne.
Der er en meget udbredt holdning (igen efter mit synspunkt obv. )
i thansen der hedder, bliver jeg fyret, jamen hva så. Hvad har jeg enligt mistet, andet end den lave løn jeg alligevel fik.
